pleasant stay
bus stop free breakfast good shower free parking
the bus stop was directly outside. breakfast was free. a good shower existed. parking was also free. i had no problems finding a space each day. the location allowed easy access to the city. the availability of free parking was particularly helpful. the bus service ran frequently.
the room it was a bit smaller than i expected. i managed fine, but others might find it tight. this small size didn't majorly affect my stay.

kind staff helpful communication immediate answer little room busy road difficult maneuver
The staff was very kind. They arranged for my item to be sent back across the world after i left it behind. their help with this matter was very meaningful. the communication about check-in was clear and immediate. any question i had received a timely answer.
the parking area was not great. there was little room. it was hard to maneuver into spots and get out of the narrow entrance. the hotel sat on a busy road. this aspect made it difficult to relax fully.

the room was clean, which met my expectations for basic hygiene.
the room was rather noisy. i could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room (i found that quite disturbing). the bed was also smaller than expected, proving somewhat uncomfortable for a man of my size.

clean room digital room key bus stop harsh lighting absent staff impersonal greeting
The room was clean (which is always a great start). The digital room key was very convenient and worked without issues. The hotel is near a bus stop, I found it very easy to access.
The room lacked a bedside lamp. The overhead lighting felt a bit harsh. There was no breakfast staff present. I felt a more personal greeting would have been nice instead of just an electronic check-off.
